Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Misko’s Treasure of Awakening 2, Trousers of Awakening Location

Once you complete the first part of the quest line, you’ll trigger the Zelda TOTK Misko’s Treasure of Awakening 2 quest. In yet another of Misko’s letters, he points us toward “the ruins of Hyrule Field, where warriors once tested themselves in battle”. Hence, in order to learn the location of Trousers of Awakening, we will first need to understand what this means. The location in question here is the Coliseum Ruins.

It is located in the peninsula southwest of Hyrule Field, directly south of Mount Daphnes. The only way to approach this peninsula via land is through a bridge on the northern side. Check out our map below for the exact location. Reach the peninsula via the northern path and enter the Coliseum Ruins. Be careful, though, there is a Thunder Gleeok inside awaiting you! Gleeok is one of the toughest enemies to beat in TOTK.

However, if you choose so, you can try to ignore the dragon and complete Misko’s Treasure of Awakening 2 without fighting him. It can be tricky, but it is doable. In the part of the Colosseum opposite where you entered, there are two statues of soldiers. What you need to do is simply grab the nearby swords with your Ultrahand and place them into the two sculpted soldiers’ hands. This will complete the puzzle and open a secret door on the floor. Enter inside, open the chest and grab Trousers of Awakening!
