Individually, each of the Barbarian set pieces provide a rather strong Attack Up buff. However, the real power comes online with the set bonus. Alas, it is not enough to have every part of the set equipped. Namely, you will also need to upgrade each piece to at least upgrade Level 2. With each part of the set at level 2 or higher, you will get the Charge Attack Stamina Up set bonus, lowering the stamina requirement for a charge attack.
