It’s around the back of the Horse God fairy fountain at Malamya Spring. It’s half buried in the muck in an out cropping against the mountain. If you go around the fountain from the left(while looking at the front of the fountain) it’s easy to miss because of the out cropping. Go around the fountain from the right with magnesis on and its cakewalk to see the chest.
for those saying they cant find it or asking if it’s been removed i’ve recently bought the game and its there just behind to the left of the fairy goddess
My brother and I have searched extensively for both the saddle and the bridle and have come up empty-handed. We have tried searching for the Rumor Mill quest starter as well and that also seemed to be missing from the game. If anyone has any information about this, please tell me! We are so confused and frustrated!

It’s left to the horse god fairy fountain. You need the DLC for it, even if you have the switch.

It’s partially buried in the muck and you have to use Magnesis to pull the chest out.
