Zelda Breath of The Wild Climbing Armor Set Location
Climber’s armor set is an outfit in Zelda Breath of the Wild. It’s a three piece costume that increases your climbing speed, letting you scale mountains faster. It consists of the Climber’s Bandanna, Climbing Gear and Boots. They’re hidden across three shrines, and you’ll have to do some puzzles and defeat a tough enemy or two to get them. In this guide, we’re going to show you Zelda Breath of The Wild Climbing Armor set location.
Climber’s Bandanna Location
The head piece is hidden in the Ree Dahee Shrine, in Necluda. It’s in the gorge west of the Dueling Peaks Stable. The entrance is on a ledge on the north shore. When you get near the monk in the shrine, you’ll see a platform with a chest on your left.
All 120 Shrine locations in Zelda BotW
Use magnesis to move one of the nearby barrels onto the switch behind you. It will allow you to reach the chest, and you’ll find the bandanna inside.
Climbing Gear Location
The chest piece is hidden in Chaas Qeta Shrine. The entrance is on a small island in the Necluda Sea, in the southeastern corner of the map. The shrine doesn’t have puzzles, because it’s a strength trial. You’ll have to fight a special Guardian inside. Same rules apply as with the regular ones, with a few additions. When he starts swirling, stand behind a pillar, but stay close. When he hits it, he’ll be stunned for a few moments, and you can get some free hits in. Using a lightning-infused weapon or shock arrows will also stun him on occasion.
Where to find Climbing Boots
The boots can be found in Tahno O’ah Shrine, on the eastern slopes of Mount Lanayru, in the far east of the map. You’ll have to break a weak wall with a bomb in order to approach the entrance. Once inside, simply walk up the stairs and open the chest.
Thx for the help.
I dont have any strong weapons for the chasqueeta shrine, what do I do
Find the Shrine and mark it on your map, then find some weapons. There are some weapons that appear in the Zora Domain with some decent stats. For Chaas Qeta, I had to win with Shock Arrows and an Electric Rod to stun the guardian. Hope this helps! 🙂
Am I the only one who thinks the armor makes link look like, Johnny Joestar from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run?
There’s even JoJo references here
Where can I find somewhere without JoJo references
There is no escape from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, James. You don’t find it, it finds you.
Accidentally sold mine headband how do I get another
There is an armor vendor in Tarrey Town called Grante, he sells every piece of an armor you’ve found. In order to make him show up, you’ll need to complete Hylian Homeowner and From the Ground Up quest. We’ve made a guide about him in the “Grante Secret Vendor – Armor & Weapon Buy Back Merchant Walkthrough”.
Go to terry town and talk to some one
He will sell it
Buy it from Tarry town google “from the ground up” quest complete the quest and theres some kid on the roof of a house selling full sets of armour
Hope this helps ?
x
how do i find the tahno oah shrine? i can’t get to it
Getting headband was one of the most aggravating fucking things I’ve ever done in a video game.
Really? It was one of the first things I got in the game! Was running around in the bandana, the warm doublet, and no trousers!
Same thing, I love that Bandanna so much 😀
I bought it
Lol
Where?
When you complete “From the Ground Up” as a side quest, you obtain the complete area called “Tarrey Town” which has a guy that sells stuff like gear you unlock and can buy entire sets for armor. It’s only possible if you’ve COMPLETED Tarrey Town. On the bright side, you end up being able to buy full sets that you have only one piece of like the rubber armor set and you’ll be able to get the Hylian Shield back once you’ve had it before and it breaks
SAME!!
ice blocks, use cryogenis or whatever the name ability
Any good ideas (other than desperately swimming) how to get to Chaas Qeta Shrine?
1. Glide ((I did this))
2. Use a boat.
3. Use the ice blocks and hop there.
just paraglide from the hateno ancient tech lab
make sure you have some stamina boosting food
Paraglide from modest strength trail is the best solution
I glide from the top hill near science lab, with default stamina
Revali’s gale, boating with korok leaf or ice bridging
