Go up the wide dirt path from Port Anangham (to the right and up from Anangham Gate). Eventually, you’ll end up in the Cargo Transportation Zone. Go a bit to the left of the NPC named Ilmina, and you’ll see the barrels. Approach them to trigger a cutscene. Then, head up the stairs on the left and take the elevator up to Kedeigh Gate. Find and talk to Isset in Belchett Recycling. From there, follow the quest marker to find Timell near Turbine Tower.

Xenoblade Chronicles Lila’s Location – How to Decipher Green Barrel Nopon Note?

To decipher the Nopon note on the green barrels, you’ll need to have Nopon Wisdom on Level 2, or two blades with Level 1 Nopon Wisdom. Alternatively, you can send a Merc Group to complete the Materials Stakeout Merc Mission. It lasts for thirty minutes, and requires two Humanoid Blades. To find the green barrels, you have to talk to Timell at Turbine Towers first. From there, turn 180 degrees, and simply follow the quest marker. Beware the enemies!

After you decipher the Nopon note, report back to Morag. Then, use skip travel to quickly hop back to the Old Industrial District point.

Where to find Hidden Old Town Gate Key in Lila’s Location Quest?

The Old Town Gate Key is hidden away in the subterranean labyrinth, in the Old Industrial District, which is located in the Mor Ardain Upper Level. From the entrance, go down the long staircase, and you’ll be in the Geothermal Processor room. Go through the doorway on the right. In the next room, go to the far wall, then through the door in the left corner. There’s a locked Access Gate at the very end of the Office Corridor you’ll find yourself in. Go back a bit from the Access Gate, and head through the first door you come across.

From there, go through the door on the left, and you’ll find yourself in the Bellyfull Canteen. There’s a hole in the floor in the far right corner, so drop down to the level below. You should now be in the Heat Material Refinery. Look around, and you’ll notice the red glowing item on a table on the right of the door. Pick it up, and you’ll receive the Old Town Gate Key. From there, skip travel to the Old Industrial District point, make your way back to the Access Gate, and unlock it.

Go down the long staircase almost all the way down. You can talk to Yamama at the very bottom of the stairs. Otherwise, walk down the stairs until you come across an open doorway one level above ground. You’ll be outside, so walk down some more stairs. From there, simply follow the quest marker until the cutscene starts.
