Rad Steez, Bro! is an achievement/trophy you can acquire in the Hearts of Stone expansion for the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. To unlock this trophy, you’ll have to slide for 10 seconds uninterrupted.

You can use many of the mountains that dot the Skellige islands, but the easiest way is from Yngvar’s Fang on the north of An Skellig.
How to earn the Rad Steez, Bro! achievement
Fast travel to Yngvar’s Fang, walk to the obelisk and turn right. You’ll see a circular path that leads down from the plateau. Follow it until you reach a point where the path slopes sharply down the mountain side.

Head down
Take a second to catch your breath, then walk down the slope until Geralt starts sliding down the mountain. Slide all the way down to a small rocky area in front of the entrance to a cave.
@Krave.5296 i went ot the place you said, slided for 3 min straight and no achievment Oo Im using GOG Galaxy. i’ve tried 5 places and nothing. Seems it’s broken for me :/
Can also go to the “Old Watchtower” in skellige, The side next to the mountain and get stuck in the slide for hours with out moving. When done move to the side and call it a day, I did this on the PS4 patch 1.11

Pretty sure that you have to be playing one of the Hearts of Stone expansion quests while doing it. Otherwise it won’t work.
I got the achievement while doing the Quest that requires you to finish the path. I didn’t start the Hearts Of Stone Expansion yet…
