How to Solve the Lava Pit Puzzle in Tower of Fantasy
Once you sufficiently advance in the story and get to the second zone in the game, you will start encountering Lava Pits. These look like pods filled with lava. If you try interacting with them, you will soon learn that, no matter what you do, you can’t seem to make them extinguish so that you can claim the rewards hidden inside. But the solution is actually very simple. What you need to do here is to first find and equip a weapon that has an ice attack effect.
After that, approach the Lava Pit in question (if it is in a hard-to-reach location, you may need to use the jetpack and Cybernetic Arm to get there) and attack it with the equipped ice weapon. After a couple of seconds, the Lava Pit will freeze up and shatter, revealing what was inside of it. After that, it’s simply a matter of picking up your prize.
