This upgrade allows your rope pulls to become stronger, and pull heavier weights.

First step is to release entrance to a rope connection.

This entrance is near passage to Cliffside Bunker. Release entrance, climb with rope connection to other side, and jump to the first to last rock plateau on other side, GPS Cache is there.
