How to Unlock Costume Colors | Street Fighter V
Costume Colors are palette swaps for outfits in Street Fighter 5. There are 10 color schemes per costume, and only the first two are unlocked by default.
At the moment, they are the only way to customize your fighters – until the in-game shop launches in March. Until then, you’ll can try unlocking the alternative colors for your favourite characters. This guide will show you how to unlock costume colors in Street Fighter V.
Unlocking the color schemes is done through Survival mode. It’s the one where you fight a constant stream of fighters and try to survive as many fights as you can. Playing on different difficulty levels will unlock different colors, but will also require you to beat a certain number of fights.

- Easy mode – Consists of 10 fights, unlocks color #3.
- Normal mode – There are 30 matches, winning nets you colors #4, #5 and #6.
- Hard mode – Win 50 fights, gain access to colors #7, #8, #9 and #10.
