Starfield Best Misc Items to Keep
As is typical for a Bethesda game – and most RPGs for that matter – there are a lot of items that you will come across and collect during your many space adventures. Some of these have clear uses, such as weapons and armor, while others are more difficult to figure out whether they are useful, or completely useless and can be safely sold off. After all, you can never be too sure if a particular item is going to have a use later in the game. And, because of that, you may be hesitant to sell it throw it away – or not pick it up in the first place. Which opens up the question – which are the best misc items to keep in Starfield? Here are all the miscellaneous items you should hold onto in SF.
Best Misc Items to Keep in Starfield
So, are misc items useful in Starfield? Well, it depends on which ones. Basically, there are only two items that you should never, under any circumstance, try and sell (or throw away) in Starfield. These are Digipicks and keys. As you know – Digipicks are used tofor lockpicking, so you can never have enough of these in your inventory. This is because you will often come across locked safes and other such containers, and you don’t want to run out of Digipicks at any moment in the game.
Keys serve a similar role, the only difference being that they only unlock specific doors or containers that they were made for. Additionally, they don’t have a monetary value, so there’s really no reason why you should want to sell them. If you have found that you have too many of these in your inventory, you can always give them to a nearby companion and have them keep the keys in their inventory. As for what to do with other misc items in Starfield – you can safely sell or throw anything else (that isn’t a quest item) away if you want to.
