Where to Find Resident Evil 8 Village M1897 Shotgun Location

To find the Resident Evil 8 Village M1897 shotgun location, you have to look for it in the village. Specifically, it’s in one of the shacks in the northwest corner of the Fallow Plot area, immediately to the east of the church. If you need some visual guidance, check out the screenshot below to see exactly where you need to go. The shack doesn’t really stand out from the rest of the environment, so you might miss it by accident.

Once you’re inside the shack, you’ll find the shotgun to the left of one of the busted windows. However, that’s not the only thing you can find. There are some Rusted Scraps on the shelves to the left of the entrance, as well one container of Gunpowder on the boxes in the center of the room. Even more importantly, there’s a mine on the dresser to the right of the aforementioned window, that I’m sure will come in handy. But yeah, that’s where you find the Resident Evil 8 Village Shotgun M1897 location.

As for how the M1897 Shotgun works, well… it’s a shotgun in a Resident Evil game. It packs a huge punch, and has a lot of stopping power in close quarters. It loses some of its luster when you’re engaging at a distance, but odds are you won’t be doing that all that often. Therefore, I reckon you and the shotgun are gonna get to be best friends by the end. Not to mention that it looks really cool and ornate; that’s always a bonus in my book.
