Resident Evil Village DLC Release Date & Time
Though it’s been 18 months since Resident Evil Village was released, we’re getting a new DLC for it, and it is coming very soon. This Winters’ Expansion is set to add all sorts of goodies into the game. This includes a Third Person Mode which will allow you to play through the base game from this new perspective. Though you should be aware that you still won’t be able to see Ethan’s face. If you rotate the camera to directly face him, he will turn his face in another direction. But the biggest addition to the game is the Shadows of Rose mini-campaign. This new scenario will see us control Rose, Ethan’s now grown-up daughter. If you want to know the exact release date and time for the Resident Evil Village DLC, this guide is here to answer those questions and everything else about this DLC.
When Does Resident Evil Village DLC Come Out?
The Resident Evil Village DLC is scheduled to release this Friday, October 28th, 2022. The Winters’ Expansion is going to come out on all the relevant platforms, including Xbox Series S/X, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Steam for the PC. While there is no confirmed release time yet, we can expect to be able to play this on consoles at midnight your local time. It will be very interesting to see the continuation of the game’s story through another character. Now that Rose is grown up, she is having trouble controlling her powers. This is the reason why she has attempted to enter the mind of the Megamycete, in order to get rid of her unwanted abilities. Of course, this doesn’t go as planned and she ends up in an even more twisted version of the titular village that her father visited all those years ago.
