Chris Redfield in Not a Hero Resident Evil 7 DLC
According to the Resident Evil Twitter account, the upcoming DLC for Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, called Not a Hero, will be featuring Chris Redfield, the famous character from Resident Evil series. They didn’t mention any more details, other than it will be a separate story.
Feel free to check out the Resident Evil Twitter page. There is also a message saying: Who or what is he chasing? Find out in the separate story. There are also a few screenshots of Chris Redfield in-game. The great news is that the DLC will be completely free, and does not require a season pass or any other separate purchase.
Chris Redfield briefly appeared at the very ending of Resident Evil 7, making a mystery of his involvement in the story. He is an American Special Operations Unit Captain of the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance. We had the chance to play as him in numerous Resident Evil games, and his appearance in the upcoming DLC should not be a surprise. There are speculations that he could be hunting Lucas Baker, one of the members of the Baker family.
The last time we got a chance to play with Chris was in Resident Evil 6, where he teamed up with Leon Kennedy, Ada Wong and Jake Muller to face a new horror, the highly virulent C-virus.
Resident Evil 7 already released two parts of the Banned Footage DLC, and they both had some very interesting additions to the game. We got to see some separate story segments, as well as action-packed game modes. The Banned Footage DLCs can be accessed by purchasing the season pass, or even purchasing each DLC separately. The Season pass costs around 30 dollars for all playable platforms. The exact release date of the Not a Hero DLC is unknown, but we can expect it sometime in the spring.
