RE3 Remake Hospital Safe Code Puzzle

The Nurses’s Station Hospital safe code puzzle in Resident Evil 3 Remake is 9 Left – 3 Right. At least, that’s the combination we got. However, seeing as how they changed the combination to the Downtown safe in patch 1.03, we’re gonna give you the exact location of the code. That way, you can check it yourself, just in case.

This begins by finding the Locker Room Key. It’s in the courtyard of the hospital, which you get to by vaulting through a broken window in the hallway left of the Nurse’s Station. Hop down into the courtyard, and jump over the bench. The key is on the ground. Next, go up to the second floor, and into the Staff Room. Use they key on the door in the north of the room, go inside the locker room, and loot all the lockers to find the Hospital ID Card.

Now, head down the stairs to the first floor, and go immediately to the left, through the double doors. You’ll find yourself in the Emergency Entrance area. Head to the left to the door to the Operating Room door, and use the ID card to unlock it. Go inside the room and look around. The combination is in a file on a shelf next to the operating table, but there’s a bunch of other stuff to find, like grenades and flash grenades.

Now, back to the second floor and the Nurses’ Station. Use the combination to open the safe. Inside, you’ll find the Dual Magazine for the Assault Rifle. As you can imagine, this is a really useful thing to have, it’s well-worth the effort. Why that’s in a hospital safe, I could not tell you.
