Red Dead Redemption 2 Increase Satchel Capacity - More Inventory Slots

Increasing the satchel capacity in Red Dead Redemption 2 is pretty essential. It will give you more inventory slots, allowing you to carry more valuable, tonics, materials and meat with you wherever you go. More inventory space is always a good thing, but upgrading your satchel isn’t as easy as it could be. A number of players are wondering how to get more inventory space, which is why we’ve written this guide – to show you how to increase satchel capacity in Red Dead Redemption 2.

How to get more satchel space in RDR2?

In order to increase your inventory in Red Dead Redemption 2, you’ll have to upgrade your satchel. This is done at Pearson’s crafting table, but not before you get some other things in order. First of all, you’ll need leather working tools – they’re a prerequisite for all the satchel upgrades. After that, go talk to Pearson to see what else you need to do to get the desired enhancement.

There are seven of them, and each one requires some crafting materials (usually three different perfect pelts). Each upgrade also has a specific task you need to complete before it’s unlocked. It’s simple stuff, like crafting three things at the scout fire, donate some animal carcasses to Pearson, donate money to the tithing box or upgrade a certain wagon. Each one will expand one of the categories in your inventory, except for the last one.

The last one, called Legend of the East, will give you more inventory slots in all categories, but it also requires you to craft all the other ones before it. Once you’ve done this, you’ll have the biggest possible inventory, which should be enough to allow you to explore without having to worry about going back to offload stuff at vendors.
