Ol’ Tim Donahue has his small book stand there, near the barber shop. The only kinda-catch is that he unlocks at the start of Chapter 2. So, basically, as far as we can tell, as soon as you get access to Saint Denis, you can go and pay Donahue a visit at any time. Whether you feel that’s worth your trouble or not, that’s absolutely up to you to decide, since you can get your money back with fairly minimal hassle.
