Red Dead Redemption 2 Bigfoot Location - Giant Skeleton
Bigfoot is one of the secrets in Red Dead Redemption 2. If you’ve played any of Rockstar’s previous games, you probably noticed they love stuffing Bigfoot into them. This one’s no different – you can find the remains of Bigfoot if you go exploring the mountains in the west of the map. Where to find Bigfoot in RDR2?
In order to find the late Bigfoot, you’ll have to head towards the western edge of the map, to the area of West Elizabeth. The remains are directly north from Strawberry, at a spot where the letter T from West Elizabeth intersects with a mountain path marked on the map. You’ll find the bones under a rock outcrop. It looks like Bigfoot used this place as shelter, but he still probably froze to death. Poor Bigfoot
There’s a journal next to the body, with a decent sketch of the skeleton (minus the hair) and a few words of disbelief. Other than interacting with that, there’s nothing you can do here. As usual, the mere discovery of Bigfoot is going to be your reward. If you’re looking for more than pieces of a story, you should probably do something else – like solve a treasure map, rob a train or collect gold bars. Or just push on with the main story missions, as some of them are highly profitable.
This is one of those nuggets you should experience purely for the story, like the Rhodes gunsmith side business robbery, or the Aberdeen pig farm, or that one crazy shack with the alien cult. There may be a material reward involved, but it’s not the focus of the entire activity.
