How to reset nanotrite skills & abilities?
If you’ve made a mistake while leveling up and chose a skill or ability you no longer like, you might want to reset your nanotrites. We have no idea whether you can do this more than once, so make sure you think long and hard before you respec.
When you decide you need to reset your abilities, you’ll want to head to Wellspring. There’s a vendor there called the Cyber Doc. Talk to him, and take a look at the rightmost option. It’s called nanotrite reset – it brings all your skills back to their default state and gives you the full amount of skill points you used to spend again. It costs $500, so it’s not even a big purchase.
We still don’t know if it’s possible to just buy all the abilities. The world is large, and there might be enough skill points to just upgrade everything, if you’re persistent enough. If not, you can always fall back on the respec option. It’s safe, it’s cheap, and it’ll allow you to undo any mistakes you’ve made while working on your build.
Skills might matter less than weapons in the long run, so you should keep your eyes peeled for any new guns, like the BFG 9000 or the Settler’s Pistol. Also, if you get stuck, you can always just activate one of the cheats to increases your chances of survival.
