The keycard used to open the Blackbox lab in Hardware Labs is hidden further into the game. You’ll have to enter GUTS, and look for the corpse of Josh Dalton there.

It’s in the Cargo Tunnel. Follow the tunnel until you reach a crossroads. Go right (towards Cargo Bay and Shuttle Bay). You’ll pass some radioactive barrels in the corridor, then reach another corridors with a huge black pipe in it. Go behind the pipe, and you’ll find the corpse, surrounded by a bunch of cystoids.

IT Supply Closet Keycard

The IT Supply Closet (in the IT Security are of the Main Lobby) doesn’t seem to have a keycard. There’s no way to open it up, and the people inside will leave the room only if you start the Showing Inititative quest. After you decide to murder everyone, keep killing the staff until Dahl arrives (spare only Igwe). The four people from the IT Supply Closet will be teleported to another room in Life Support then.

If you’re not going the murderous route, and just want to find everyone for the achievement, you can mark the crew memebers inside on a security station, then get to the door and start jumping around and hugging the wall/door. After a while, the game will register you’ve found them. Some may be more tricky than others, so keep jumping, crouching and pushing into the door until you’ve got them all.

Jada Marks’ Cabin Keycard

When you’re at the top of the tower in the Arboretum, look to the south. Jump down onto the rocks and turn left. Hug the wall and turn the corner, then go under the steel beams. Turn left once you’re under the construction, and you’ll see a broken junction shooting sparks. Fix it up with your GLOO cannon, and approach the body near it. It’s the corpse of Marietta Kyrkos, and you’ll find the keycard for Jada Marks’ cabin on it.
