No other special requirements. You don’t need any particular item, nor does it have to be a specific time of day. The same is true for Fuecoco, though; in fact, for all three starter Pokemon. Now, that shouldn’t be too difficult, especially if you choose it as your starter. Still, if you want to speed the process up, consider using a Rare Candy or give the kitty a Lucky Egg. The Floragato evolution into Meowscarada in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is pretty much the same as the evolution of Sprigatito. By that, I mean that all you need to do is keep leveling it up. When it hits 36, you should get your Meowscarada. The evolution will kick in automatically after you finish the battle in which the leveling up took place. Incidentally, all three iterations have the same abilities, Overgrow and Protean. Their HP and Defense do leave something to be desired. However, they make up for it with their high Attack capabilities and speed. You know the archetype: fast, excellent on the attack, but can’t take too much damage. My favorite kind.
