How to Get Shiny Cinderace in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

To get a shiny Cinderace in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you’ll have to breed it. That is the only way we know of. To do that, you’ll first have to beat Cinderace in a seven-star raid and then capture it. More on that in the next section. Once you do “own” a Cinderace, you can start breeding it, in the hopes of obtaining a shiny Scorbunny. Then, you can evolve that to Cinderace. We highly recommend giving your Cinderace the Shiny Charm (obtained from Jacq after completing the Pokedex) and using the Masuda Method. That involves getting a Ditto from a different part of the world and using it to breed the Cinderace you got from the raid. This greatly increases your odds of nabbing a shiny Scorbunny. Good luck!

Can You Catch Shiny Cinderace in Tera Raids Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

No, you can’t catch a shiny Cinderace in Tera Raids in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Well, at the very least, you won’t be able to do so in the upcoming 7 star Tera Raid. Perhaps the developers will add the option in some future raid event. I wouldn’t hold my breath, mind you. I doubt that seven-star raid Pokemon will be making returns at all, considering how rare they are. What I can tell you is how to prepare for the event, in our Best Pokemon For Cinderace Tera Raid Pokemon Scarlet & Violet guide. But yeah, as far as the shiny Cinderace is concerned, I’m pretty certain breeding will be your only option.
