Where to Find Growlithe in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

So, how to capture Growlithe in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet? Finding Growlithe in the expanding world of Paldea can be a challenging task. Especially given that this is the first real open-world Pokemon game with seamlessly connected regions. However, if you don’t want to wander around aimlessly hoping you’ll stumble upon him, we’ve pinpointed the exact locations where you’ll be able to find Growlithe in Paldea. Growlithe inhabits the eastern regions of Paldea. The pokemon can be found in areas marked with orange on its “Habitat” page which you can see below.

We first encountered Growlithe just outside of Artazon. The pokemon can be seen roaming around a path in a narrow gorge leading toward Artazon from the west. However, at that point in the game, it was rather challenging for us to catch it. It was a level 17 Growlithe, and it simply refused to be captured no matter how many pokeballs we’ve thrown at it. Thus you might want to continue levelling and doing other stuff before trying to capture Growlithe. Nevertheless, you now know where you can catch Growlithe in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, and that’s the most important thing. Once you have levelled enough to capture it, simply search for one in the specified areas. With that said, your guide is completed.
