How to Find 7 Star Charizard Tera Raid in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

To find the 7 star Charizard Tera Raid in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you first need to unlock access to these raids. We’ve written a separate guide on that, but here’s a quick rundown. Basically, you need to complete the entire game and then go through all of the rematches with the gym leaders. That’s how you get to participate in 6 star Raids, as well as 7 star Raids whenever they are available. It’s going to take a lot of doing, I’m not gonna lie to you. Then again, going through all of this is absolutely necessary in order to be powerful enough to even attempt the higher-level. Otherwise, they’d just delete you.

Once all that is done, to find the 7 star Charizard Tera Raid in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you’ll have to search for black Tera Raid crystals. Specifically, you want to look for a dragon one, because, well, you’re after Charizard. When you approach the crystal, you’ll see that the effects have a distinct, rainbow look to them. Also, the beam of light leading you towards the crystal will have the same shimmering effect. That said, the easiest way to tell whether it’s a Charizard raid is to interact with the rock itself. You’ll easily be ale to tell who you’re fighting by the silhouette. And that’s basically all there is to it.
