Best Clodsire Build for Tera Raid in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

The best Clodsire build for a Tera Raid in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, especially for the upcoming Greninja Tera Raid, could be quite a bit of work. Still, it can be worth it. So, you want your Clodsire to have a Ground Tera Type. You also want it to have the Water Absorb ability (use an Ability Capsule if necessary) in order to heal when hit by Water moves. Make sure its Nature is Adamant (use a Mint if necessary). The Held Item should be Leftovers for extra healing. Lastly, your moveset should include Yawn, Curse, Earthquake and Recover. Well, I say lastly, but there is more to it. The full build will require you to put in the legwork.

The first step to the best Tera Raid Clodsire build in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is to get a Paldean Wooper. They are all over the south of the map. Then, you want to level it up to 20 to get a Clodsire. Next, keep leveling it up to max level, including Hyper Training. Meanwhile, EV train Health and Attack. The Pokemon will learn Yawn and Earthquake through leveling up, and the other two moves come as Egg Moves from Pincurchin. Doing all of this should, by the end, net you a Pokemon that’s really formidable in Tera Raids. If you don’t have time to do all this for the Greninja seven-star Tera Raids, check out the guide I’ve linked at the beginning for more options.
