How to Evolve Graveler into Golem in Pokemon Legends Arceus

To evolve Graveler into Golem in Pokemon Legends Arceus, there are two things that you can do. The first one is to go to the Trading Post in Jubilife Village and grab yourself a Linking Cord for 1,000 Merit Points. For those of you that don’t know what the Linking Cord is, first off, I envy your youth. Second, it’s a reference to the cable that one used to connect two Game Boys to trade Pokemon ye back in the halcyon days of yore. Give the Graveler the Linking Cord and trigger the evolution through the menu. Boom, you know have a Golem. This is not the only way to do this, but it’s nice that the developers gave you more independence, and it’s a cute callback.

The other way to evolve Graveler into Golem in Pokemon Legends Arceus is to go the “classic” route. Use the top option at the Trading post to connect with a friend either locally or online using the eight-digit code. For more info on all this, check out our How to Trade Pokemon in Pokemon Legends Arceus and Get Trade Evolutions Without Trading guides. Send a Graveler to said friend, and it will become a Golem when it arrives on their end. So, yeah. Those are the two ways to pull this off. One is the way it’s always been done, and the other makes the game easier to complete on your own, but still retains the spirit. Go whichever path works best for you.
