How to Get Souvenirs from Buddy Pokemon GO 2023

To get Souvenirs from your Buddy in Pokemon GO in 2023 (and in general), you first need to reach the level of Ultra Buddy or above. That means you need to get to 150 hearts with them. Point is, once you get to Ultra Buddies, keep walking around with the same Pokemon, feed it, and so on. Every now and again, it will bring you one of fifteen possible Souvenirs. They don’t serve any purpose whatsoever, aside from being a memento. Here’s a list of them:

In fact, there’s one Event-exclusive Timed Research task that requires you to receive a Souvenir. The reward is an encounter with Bounsweet. Aside from this, I’m not aware of any other use for the Souvenirs’ they’re just little bits of garbage that your Pokemon brings as a token of friendship.
