Can Regieleki be Shiny Pokemon GO 2023

No, Regieleki cannot be shiny in Pokemon GO in 2023. At least, that’s the case right in the first bunch of its Elite Raids. Will that change at some point in the future? It’s certainly possible, but who knows? A shiny version of the Electric Pokemon does exist in Pokemon Sword and Shield, so there is precedent. However, I wouldn’t necessarily hold my breath. At the very least, you can just chill and enjoy the Elite Raids without the pressure of hunting for a shiny. While we’re on the subject, Regieleki is going to hatch three times on April 9th. Here’s the whole schedule from the official announcement.

And there you have it, that’s all we know about shiny Regieleki in Pokemon GO in 2023 so far: it doesn’t exist. Honestly, it’s probably for the better. You’ll only have three chances to defeat and catch it, which is going to be enough of a nightmare. The only Pokemon that can do serious damage are those that have Ground attacks. Fortunately, there are plenty of powerful Ground-type Pokemon that you can use, such as Garchomp, Landrous, Rhyperior, Groudon, Excadrill, etc. We’ll talk more about all that in a separate guide, so stay tuned. Elite Raids are not to be taken lightly, so be sure to have any items you may need prepared.
