Pokemon GO Reshiram Weaknesses
As you might be able to guess from our list of the best counters to use in the Pokemon GO Reshiram Raid, this creature has three distinct weaknesses. They are Ground, Rock and Dragon attacks, all of which deal 160% damage. On the flip side, it is resistant to Electric, Bug and Steel attacks (63% damage) and super-resistant against Grass and Fire attacks (39% damage). Even though Reshiram has very few weaknesses, that still gives you plenty of options.
And while we’re on the subject of attacks, let’s talk about Reshiram’s moveset. Its Quick Moves include Dragon Breath (Dragon) and Fire Fang (Fire), and its Charged Moves are Overheat (Fire), Stone Edge (Rock), Draco Meteor (Dragon), Crunch (Dark) and Fusion Flare (Fire, Elite). The ideal combo is Fusion Flare with either Quick Move. Barring that, go for Fire Fang and Overheat.
Can Reshiram Be Shiny?
Yes, Reshiram can be shiny in Pokemon GO, and a five-star Raid is basically the only way you can get one. The major problem here, aside from the fact that the odds of catching a legendary Shiny is just as low as for every other Pokemon, is that it’s really difficult to tell the difference between a regular and shiny Reshiram. The only difference is in the rings around its neck and tail. If it’s regular, they’re silver, and if it’s shiny, they’re gold. So, you’ll have to keep your eyes peeled for that.
With all of that nice and covered, let’s talk about when Reshiram will be in five-star Raids. You can look forward to these from December 1st to December 9th 2023, both at 10 AM local time. Plus a Raid Hour on December 6th, between 6 PM and 7 PM local time.
