Pokémon GO Fest Global kicks off this Saturday, and it will feature all kind of content for fans to explore. Whether you have bought the ticket or will play for free, there’s something for everyone! In this guide, we will list all you need to know about one of the four unique special habitats that will be available during this event.

Pyrite Sands Pokemon GO

The Pyrite Sands habitat is one of the four unique habitats that will be available during the Pokémon GO Fest: Global on Saturday, August 26th, 2023. And while the fest will kick off at 10 am, your local time, these habitats will open at different times. Trainers will have the option to explore four Field Research questlines themed around the different Pokémon habitats. These four unique habitats will rotate each hour during the event.

Each habitat will have its own challenges, where ticket-holding Trainers will be able to unlock special bonuses for completing them. Of course, this also means that special Pokemon will appear in the wild during each hour. The Pyrite Sands habitat will be available at the following times during the Pokémon GO Fest Global:

  • 11:00 am to 12:00 pm local time (Saturday, August 26th)
  • 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm local time (Saturday, August 26th)

During this period, you will be able to encounter a unique group of Pokemon. So make sure to spend time properly and find as many as you can. Here are the Pyrite Sands habitat pokemon:

  • Pyrite Crown Pikachu
  • Sandshrew
  • Alolan Diglett
  • Psyduck
  • Girafarig
  • Shuckle
  • Trapinch
  • Gible
  • Hippopotas
  • Timburr
  • Joltik
  • Binacle
  • Helioptile
  • Grubbin

And that’s about all you need to know! Make sure to buy the the ticket via the in-game shop prior to the event in order to have access to all the habitats and other content. Tickets are available for $14.99 USD. Good luck and have fun!
