How to Pair Pokemon GO Plus + with Pokemon Sleep App

To link Pokemon GO Plus Plus (or Plus +) with the Pokemon Sleep app, you have to go through a set of steps similar to pairing the new device with the Pokemon GO app itself. First off, launch Pokemon Sleep and turn on the Plus +. In the app, enter the menu by tapping the button in the bottom middle. From there, navigate to Pair a Device and select Pair Device. From there, things are pretty simple. If you do everything correctly (and all works as it’s supposed to), a GO Plus Plus icon is going to appear in the bottom right of the Sleep app’s main menu. And that’s really all there is to it. Like I’ve said, pretty simple process.

So, that’s how you link or pair your Pokemon GO Plus Plus with the Pokemon Sleep app. Should you ever decide that you want to unpair them, here’s how you do that. Open Pokemon Sleep and tap the aforementioned icon in the bottom right. Select Other, then Unpair Pokemon GO Plus+. Boom, you’re done. With all of that out of the way, a quick aside. It’s me editorializing, so feel free to click away. Please, please, do not get the Pokemon Sleep app. It’s not worth giving over your sleep data to Niantic of all companies. Not to mention that you have to keep your device right next to you while you snooze, which may affect the quality of your sleep. Rant over.
