Pokémon GO Halloween Season Event Announced
Pokémon GO creators have a special Halloween treat for the trainers. In their new update announcement, Niantic has promised a seasonal bonus.
Players will be able to get more Candy, and a few “ghostly” monsters will appear more often than usual.
Additionally, a select number of “spooky” Pokémon will appear more often. If any of these are missing from your Pokédex, or if they suit your play style, you’ll want to get in on this. You can find a list of them below.
Prepare yourselves to go out on a ghost hunt this holiday season. Get some friends, or go alone for the extra horror experience. Be wary of the ghouls and witches lurking outside, earn yourself a lot of Candy and fill up your Pokédex and storage with scary monsters. You don’t want to miss this opportunity. Trick or treat!
Pokemon Go Special Halloween Update
Niantic has announced their first in-game event for Halloween 2016. During the season, trainers have something special to look forward to. Simply put, you’ll receive a double amount of Candy. This includes catching, hatching and transferring. Keep your Buddy Pokémon at hand. They will give you an additional Candy boost. With them, you’ll be able to get four times the amount of Candy you normally would. The opportunity is too good to pass up.
