As for what kind of Pokemon Wash Rotom is, it’s an Electric/Water-type. That means it’s weak against Grass and Ground attacks, but strong against Flying, Fire, Ice and Water, and really strong against Steel attacks. As for Quick Attacks, it can have Thunder Shock (Electric), Astonish (Ghost) and Tackle (Normal, Legacy). Charged Attacks-wise, it can have Thunder (Electric), Thunderbolt (Electric), and Hydro Pump (Water). However, it’s true main draw is that it’s very, very rare.
