Pokemon GO 6 Star Raids

The 6 Star Raids in Pokemon GO are, in fact, Mega Raids. That means you’ll be fighting an even more powerful version of the featured Pokemon. So, you have to come in ready for a difficult fight, armed with Pokemon that are the best possible counters. We are going to get further into that in the next section. The “problem” here is that Mega Raids don’t happen very often; they are most commonly a part of some event. That much is true for the Mega Latios and Mega Latias raids, which will be appearing from February 22nd to March 1st. They’re technically a part of the Primal Rumblings event. So, keep an eye out for Mega Raids; that’s the only way to know when they’re gonna take place.

Some Pokemon you can use in this fight include Mega Gengar, Mega Houndoom, Zekrom, Rayquaza, Reshiram, Garchomp, Salamanece, Dialga and/or Dragonite. Both of these Mega Pokemon have their shiny versions, too, so that’s something to keep in mind.
