Magmarizer Pokemon BDSP - How to get Magmarizer
The Magmarizer is an item in Pokemon BDSP, and you need to know how to get the Magmarizer if you want to evolve Magmar. This Pokemon will then turn into Magmortar. However, it won’t do this without assistance. Unfortunately, this item is extremely elusive and so is the Pokemon that carries it. Read on as we discuss how to get Magmarizer in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
The Magmarizer is an item held by a Magby. Magby is an exclusive Pokemon in Shining Pearl and is even rare in that game. If you have Brilliant Diamond, then you will have to trade with another player. Don’t worry, as there are plenty of Pokemon exclusive to Brilliant Diamond that Shining Pearl players will need.
To make matters worse, it is actually only a 5% chance a Magby will be holding a Magmarizer. If you reach level 30, trade Magmar while it holds the item. When you trade it back, it should evolve into Magmortar.
There are three places you can find Magby. All are hideaways in the Grand Underground. These are Volcanic Cave, Sandsear Cave, and Typhlo Cave. Our guide can tell you how to find one.

The best way to do it is by following this set of instructions. Start in Eterna City and complete the second gym. This is so you can get the cut ability to take down trees.
There is a tall blue building with trees in front. Cut the trees and go into the building. Come out and make your way around the side of the skyscraper.
You can see a small path that leads to another tree in the top right corner. Cut this. Follow the path and you will come to a TM item. This will give you thief, so you can steal items from other Pokemon in BDSP.
Then go to the house next to the Pokemart. There is an old bald man who you should speak with. He will give you a digger drill. Use the explorer kit to go into the underground.
From here, go to one of the hideaways that have a fire zone. Walk around and find a Magby. If one does not appear, leave the hideaway and return. When you find one, use the thief skill in combat.
