The first thing you should do is get them back into the Pal Sphere so that they don’t sustain any further injuries and die. Next, take it to any base where you have spare beds. Plop the injured Pal in there and let them sleep it off. The second option is to put them in the Pal Box, much like you do when they faint. A timer should pop up letting you know how long they have to stay in there until they’re fully healed. As far as we know, these are the only two ways to get rid of the major injury. Food doesn’t really seem to do the trick; only rest can cure these.

Nothing you can make there can help mend a major injury. You’d think that something called a Medicine Table would be of use, but no, not in this case.
