Palworld Fastest Flying Mount – Who is the Best Flyer?

Currently, the fastest flying mount in Palworld, aka the best flyer, is probably Jetragon. I say currently, because who knows how things are going to change in the future. The game is still in early access, after all. In the images below, you can see what Jetragon looks like and where you can find it. It’s in the volcanic biome. Mind you, this creature is an end-game mount. Not only is it a level 50 monster, but its saddle is a level 50, too. On the bright side, it comes equipped with a missile launcher, so you can rain all sorts of death from the skies. Until you get to that point, use Nitewing instead.

Fastest Ground Mount in Palworld – Land Mount with Top Speed

As far as we now, the fastest ground mount in Palworld, aka the land mount with the top speed, is Direhowl. That’s the one the fan base likes to call Direwolf, but you get the idea. If you don’t, you’ll see what this Pal looks like in the images below. They’re usually level 14. The reason this is the fastest mount to use on any ground terrain is that Direhowl can have both the Swift passive skill and the Runner passive skill. The former adds 30% to movement speed, and the latter brings it up another 20%. That’s a pretty impressive speed increase, wouldn’t you agree? As for where you can find them, they’re around the Ravine Entrance area, to the northwest of the Starting Plateau.

Palworld Best Water Mount

Last, but not least, let’s talk about the best water mount in Palworld. At time of writing, I’d say that it’s Surfent. It looks as fearsome as Jetragon, but it isn’t. In fact, they’re mostly level 16, so they shouldn’t pose too much of an issue. Just don’t forget to weaken your target a little bit before throwing a Sphere. After that, feel free to deploy Surfent whenever you need to traverse a body of water. This will be important until you capture a Nitewing or a Jetragon. After that, you can go wherever you please with no barriers to stop you.
