Outer Worlds Die Robot - Logic Module & Geothermal Security Chief's Keycard Location
Die Robot is a side quest in Outer Worlds. You can get it from Ludwig, the soldier at the Edgewater landing pad. At one point, the quest will send you to the Geothermal Plant to get a logic module from an automechanical. To do this, you’ll have to find the geothermal security chief’s keycard. If you’re having trouble finding either of these, keep reading our Outer Worlds Die Robot quest guide.
How to get logic module
If you read through the log entries on the security office terminal in the plant, you’ll find out there’s an intact logic module in the storage room across the hall. The room is locked, but if you’re good at picking locks, you’ll be in and out in no time. If not, you’ll need the geothermal security chief’s keycard.
Where to find geothermal security chief’s keycard
The keycard is on the security chief’s corpse. You’ll find the body in a room in the northern part of the fifth floor of the plant, and another terminal log gives you hints about this. To get there from the security office, head down the stairs on the right, go along the right wall and into the side room, up the stairs and across the walkway. Enter the first room on the right – the one with the screens in the middle. There’s an overturned table next to the window on the right. You’ll find the corpse behind the table. Loot it to get the geothermal security chief’s keycard.
Once you’ve grabbed the logic module, go back to Ludwig and talk to him again. This will end the quest, and you’ll be able to move on to more interesting things, preferably ones that aren’t preceded by 10 minutes of rambling monologue by a decrepit old man.
