    Gek Monolith
    Ashes of the Nidonet-Yurop
The monolith has the smell of burnt metal and heavy industry. Strange runes swirl and transform, forcing an image deep into my mind.
I look into the past. I see a small beaked figure, silhouetted by the light of a forge, industriously hammering armour. Next to it, a cloaked companion idly watches–seemingly content to avoid the work. Both look at me. I must choose.
Choose the worker -> i have pleased the spirit, my equipment is filled with energy( health restored/sheilds, equipment repaired, gek relic, atlas word fragments )
choose the onlooker-> i have angered the spirits…. (equipment damaged, gek standing decreased, tempture decreased)

    Gek monolith: Dreams of Leviu-Sagra

A strange new reality grips me. The ancient structure swings open to reveal a body encased in ice. It is a patchwork of different parts. Its ragged beak appears to have been stitched on with animal gut.

A hand written sign in the language of the ancient traders can be seen above the body’s head. Some sort of fuel would most likely melt the ice…

    (1) melt ice: take damage, decreased standing with gek

    (2) leave: increased gek standing, one atlas word, one gek relic.

    (3) locate portal: costs a gek relic (unfortunately i didnt have a gek relic but i assume it just reveals a nearby portal)

I just got one on a Gek world:
    Monolith says: Nisogaarkko! Elj {Gek First Spawn} odisk kuje {destroy} nitr aurup! {words have been translated}

I see a strange vision. A small winged creature lands on the very top of the monolith. Suddenly, it’s eyes glow red and it’s head revolves in a full circle. It screams for mercy in an ancient voice that clearly wants itself dead.
The poor animal has clearly broken it’s neck, but the monolith’s power of possession still animates it. I wonder if the right thing would be to shoot it, and put it out of it’s misery.
    1) Shoot the creature – Reward: Increased Gek Standing, replenished health, 1 Gek Relic
    2) Leave the creature alone

Translation, so sorry if not exactly the same:
The marks on monolith start to glow yellow, flicker, and then disappear. Lack of fuel – mysterious powers that propelled the stones, have weakened. I hear a slight whisper of the planetary breeze and I notice a hole at the bottom of the monument.
Theoretically, resources I collected could fit in the hole…
    Put:
    1) Radioactive element – Health, better standing with gek, gek artifact (or other precious item)
    2) Oxide element.
    3) Silicate element.

    Lava Riddle
I’ve found this one in a Gek system so it might be a Gek Monolith, but I’m not quite sure. The text says something like that there is a guy in lava and you can either
    1) cool the lava with your liquid thing
    2) take risk and try to pull the guy out of the lava – I chose this one and I got a C tank multi tool in exchange, received some damage and learned a new Gek word.

There’s a monolith describing the form of a creature frozen in ice. It shows Gek language (only partially translated for me with the words “do not gissy! Terror!” Repeated twice).
“A handwritten sign in the language of the ancient traders can be seen above the body’s head. Some sort of fuel would most likely melt the ice…”
        Choices: Melt ice
        Abandon lifeform
        Leave
If you choose “melt ice” it gives you “The creature’s eyes flick open. Its hands leap around my throat. With a struggle, I force it back into the depths of the disapproving Monolith.”
You receive damage and no loot.
