Wildwood Down Demo
Wildwood Down is a brand-new point and click adventure game set in Wildwood, NJ. It stars a character with Down Syndrom, who is voiced and inspired by Daniel, a childhood friend of the developers who has downs. In this game, you need to solve a murder mystery and – hopefully – save your sister. But don’t think that it’s all gloom and doom, as Wildwood Down has plenty of old-school puzzles, memorable characters, and a very interesting artstyle. Best of all, it also comes with a demo that you can download and play.
The Wildwood Down Demo is Out Now for Down Syndrome Awareness Month
If you want to play the Downwood Down Alpha Demo, you can sign up to do so right here. And you can Wishlist the game on Steam as well. The game is expected to be out sometime in 2024 – first on the PC, and then ported to other consoles. It’s always nice to see the dedication and passion that indie games bring to the table, and Wildwood Down is no different in this regard.
Starring Dan, voiced by Daniel himself, you are going to be thrust into the adventure of a lifetime. Meet eccentric characters and solve classic puzzles to resolve a strange murder and help your sister. Not to mention, save the high school seniors party. Combining 2D pixel art with 3D environments, Wildwood Down has a very unique look that combines the old with the new.
