When is The Flash Season 8 Episode 16 Coming Out – The Curious Case of Bartholomew Allen
The Flash Season 8 Episode 16, titled “The Curious Case of Bartholomew Allen” is going to air this Wednesday, May 25th, 2022, at 8 PM ET. While we still don’t know too much about this week’s episode, its name gives us a couple of clues about what it’s probably going to be about. It is an obvious allusion to “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”, a 2008 film directed by David Fincher. In it, we follow a man (played by Brad Pitt) who is aging backward.
In the previous episode, Barry and his future daughter Nora were stuck in the Still Force, where they experienced a lot of temporal shenanigans. Due to this and the title, we can expect to see some version of the movie’s plot reenacted in this episode as well – with Barry probably reliving his life in reverse. In any case, it promises to be another exciting episode, and we will soon see what it’s going to be about. The fact that it’s going to be directed by Caity Lotz, star of another CW superhero show – Legends of Tomorrow – is also a great reason to watch it.
