The list of Steam’s Best-Selling Games in 2016 was revealed in the first hours of 2017. The list is broken into four categories, giving a slight idea of how they are placed. Their order in the list is not an exact measure of their full revenues. They are randomly placed within their categories, but it does give us some kind of insight.

The Best Selling Games on Steam in 2016

The four categories contain exactly 100 games. The first two, platinum and gold, have 12 games each, silver has 16 games, while the bronze has the rest of them: 60. You can find the full list, including all bronze titles not listed below on the Steam Top 100 Best Selling Games page. Remember, their place in the list within their categories is chaotic, and does not reflect the true order.

I have given myself the liberty of putting their release date into the table as well. It can give you a bit of perspective into their attractiveness to the masses.
