Mortal Kombat 11 DLC Character Dialogue Discovered by Dataminers

Mortal Kombat 11 is leaking left and right, despite NetherRealm Studios’s best efforts. The latest in the series is a bunch of lines of dialogue from DLC characters, and what an interesting bunch they are. Apparently, you can look forward to playing as The Joker, Spawn, Ash from Evil Dead, and The Terminator.

Now that the street date for Mortal Kombat 11 has been broken, all kinds of info has been leaking left and right, days before launch. Dataminers have been combing through the game’s code with a fine-tooth comb, eager to reveal everything that the game is hiding. And, it seems that Reddit user PikachuIzGod has hit one of the mother lodes. Yesterday, they posted several screenshots of dialogue between different DLC guest characters, quite likely confirming whose cameos we can expect to see in MK11.

Turns out, there’s no mention of Micheal Myers, as I was predicting. What, or rather, who we will get instead, though, is even more fun to see. Namely, PikachuIzGod has discovered dialogue of these four DLC guest characters: Ash of Evil Dead fame, Spawn of nineties angst fame, The Joker of living in a society and bottom text fame, and, lastly, none other than the goddamn Terminator. And, I mean, come on. Yes, I, like many others, have deflated on Mortal Kombat 11 now that reports of how grindy it is to unlock stuff have started coming in. But don’t you dare try telling me that you wouldn’t want to play as any of these four in Mortal Kombat.

Mortal Kombat 11 is coming out on April 23rd. So, you have basically hours if you want to pre-order the game and get to play as Shao Kahn. The game’s coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Me personally, I’m gonna stay patient and get the Komplete Edition when it comes out.
