How To Equip Weapons In Necromunda Hired Gun
In this How To Equip Weapons In Necromunda Hired Gun guide, we will explain how this process works in Necromunda, since it can be a bit confusing for new players. Unlike most first-person shooters, Necromunda: Hired Gun has a more involved – and unintuitive – procedure for picking up and equipping the weapons you come across.
How To Equip Weapons In Necromunda: Hired Gun?
There are two ways how you can equip weapons in Necromunda: Hired Gun. The first way is to pick up the weapons you find on missions. The second is to change your loadout before starting your next mission. However, here’s where things get interesting (and complicated). When you encounter a weapon during a mission, you have the option of picking it up (default: E) or equipping it (default: hold E). If you decide to pick it up, it will go into your storage. At the end of each mission, you can choose which of these stored weapons you would like to equip and keep.
The issue is that you cannot see the statistics of the weapons you find during missions. You will be able to see their stats at the end of the mission, when you decide which weapons you want to keep. Be careful, if you do not pick out the weapons you want to keep, the game will assume you want to get rid of it all and mark everything for sale.
The other option is to equip your weapons in the “Select Your Loadout” screen before a mission. Here, you will be able to select which weapons you want to bring with you on your next mission. You will also be able to see their complete stats and customize them.
