Days Of Play 2018 Announced, Includes Limited Edition PS4

PlayStation fans, and those of you interested in jumping onto the bandwagon, it’s time to gear up for yet another Days of Play event. This year, as announced on the PlayStation Blog, the event will take place from June 8th to June 18th. Sony will basically be offering huge discounts on MSRPs (aka, suggested prices) of exclusive PS4 games, hardware, peripherals, and so on. The deals will be available across all participating retailers in the US, Canada, and other countries. Oh, and a fairly cool-looking limited edition PS4, in case you don’t already own one, or are a collector.

Starting on June 8th, the Days of Play special limited edition 1 TB PlayStation 4 will become available for the MSRP of $299.99. As you can see in the image above, it’s a very pretty shade of blue, adorned with golden symbols from the good old DualShock. Speaking of, the controller that comes with the limited edition is also in the same shade of blue, with the golden symbols all across the touchpad. Or track pad, whatever. There will also be other hardware on sale, such as the Jet Black PS4 Pro, VR bundles, DualShock 4 controllers in various colors and limited editions, and so on.

As far as games go, there will be a lot of PlayStation exclusive games that will be on sale. The list will probably grow and change as the Days of Play event goes along. Some of those already mentioned include God of War, The Inpatient, Horizon Zero Dawn, Gran Turismo Sport, Shadow of the Colossus, and more.
