What Time Will Apex Legends Come Out on Switch

Apex Legends is coming out on Switch on March 9th, and the release time is around 6PM EST. That’s only a few hours after the Chaos Theory Collection event kicks off on other platforms. That means that Nintendo Switch players will be able to dive right into the thick of things while only being fashionably late. Incidentally, the Chaos Theory Collection event begins on March 9th at 1PM EST / 10AM PST on Xbox, PC, and PlayStation. Don’t worry, the developers won’t let you lag behind, as we’ll see in a moment.

So, what can you expect to see in the Switch version of Apex Legends? Well, everything that’s in every other version, of course. This includes full cross-play support, all the current seasonal content, and full feature parity with all the other platforms. More importantly, you will receive 30 free levels for your Season 8 Battle Pass. If that wasn’t enough, you’ll also get double XP for the first two weeks after launch. So, you’ll catch up with Xbox, PS and PC players fairly quickly.

And, well, that’s the release time of Apex Legends on Switch. Honestly, it’s pretty impressive how Panic Button has managed to scale everything down to run on the tiny screen. Not only that, but run well enough for cross-play to be viable. All in all, enjoy playing Apex Legends on the go, people! Good luck!
