It’s required for creating a lot of valuable armor pieces, and some players are having trouble figuring out which beasts drop it. This guide will show you some Monster Hunter World wyvern gem locations, to help you craft the gear you want.
Where to find wyvern gem?
You can get this rare gem by hunting several high rank monsters. Most of them drop it as an end-hunt reward, while some also have it as a carve drop. It goes without saying – if you hunt them through investigations, you’ll increase your chances of getting extra drops. Here’s a list of monsters that drop wyvern gems:
- Barroth
- Jyuratodus
- Radobaan
- Black Diablos (also from tail carve)
- Kulu-Ya-Ku
- Paolumu
- Pukei-Pukei
- Tobi-Kadachi
