MHW Shadowpierce Fang, Black Blood, Large Wyvern Gem Locations – Molten Bursa

Shadowpierce Fang

There’s only one monster that can drop the shadowpierce fang, as far as we know. It’s the Blackveil Vaal Hazak, the elder dragon that can be found in the Ancient Forest and Rotten Vale. Make sure you break its head if you want the fang.

Black Blood

The black blood comes from the Savage Deviljho. The description implies you can only get it from the drops it leaves during the fight, so make sure you collect those whenever you spot them. It’s extremely rare, so be prepared to devote a couple of hours to the grind.

How to get Large Wyvern Gem

The large wyvern gem can be obtained from a bunch of master rank monsters, including Barioth, Diablos, Banbaro, Beotodus, Radobaan, Tobi-Kadachi, Barroth, Jyuratodus and Viper Tobi-Kadachi. Don’t expect to get it on your first try – gems are relatively rare things. You can also get it by spending gold wyverian prints at the melding pot, but that’s a pricey solution. Just keep hunting the beasts we’ve mentioned, and you should have one soon enough.

Molten Bursa

The molten bursa can drop from the Glavenus. Make sure you hoover up all the drops during each fight, since it’s somewhat rare. Look for the monster in the Ancient Forest, Wildspire Waste or Elder’s Recess, and make sure you have a fire-proof outfit.
