MHW Distilled Blast Fluid, Scorching Silverwing, Honed Acidcryst Locations - Vile Fang

Vile fang, honed acidcryst, distilled blast fluid and scorching firewing are crafting materials you can get in Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. You can get them as drops from monsters introduced in the DLC, but you might have trouble figuring out which ones, since the items are not named after them. Distilled Blast Fluid

The distilled blast fluid can be obtained after killing a Seething Bazelgeuse. It comes both as a reward and as a carve, but only if you break its head. You’ll find the monster in Elder’s Recess. Use a water or thunder weapon, if you can, and bring a fire-resistant armor.

Scorching Silverwing

Like the one above, you can get the scorching silverwing from the Seething Bazelgeuse. It’s both a reward and a carve, so the chance to get it doubles, but you’ll have to break the monster’s wing. Look for the beast in Elder’s Recess, and make sure to bring fireproof armor and a water-infused weapon.

Honed Acidcryst

The only way to get the honed acidcryst that we know of is from killing the Acidic Glavenus. It comes as a drop, so make sure you don’t miss any. The creature can be found in the Rotten Vale, and is very susceptible to fire attacks. It has no particular resistances, so pretty much anything will work, if you’re desperate.

Vile Fang

We can’t say for certain at this point, but it’s probably a reward for killing the Savage Deviljho. Several of these are required for the Savage Deviljho armor sets, and that’s the way it was in older games. We’ll update the guide when we know for certain.
