Where To Find D-Walker | MGSV: The Phantom Pain
D-Walker is a bipedal robot buddy in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Even though he is technically a vehicle, the game still considers him a companion.
He can be customized for different approaches, from pure stealth to all out combat. In this guide, we’re going to show you where to find D-Walker.
Once you finish Mission 11: Cloaked in Silence, a new side op will appear. 82 – Make Contact With Emmerich is marked as important, and with good reason. It will lead you to the scientist Huey Emmerich, and will automatically start Mission 12: Hellbound.
After you complete Hellbound, Emmerich will come with you to Mother Base. A couple of missions later, he’ll call you to tell you he has a bipedal robot buddy waiting in the hangar, ready for deployment. Once that happens, you’ll be able to take D-Walker into the field with you.
