Uragan-5 is a handgun in Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain. It is a revolver modified to shoot shot shells.

You can find the schematic at the Bampeve Plantation in northeastern Angola. It is on a table in a tent by the road, the one next to the watchtower. The game will send you here during Mission 18: Blood Runs Deep.
